Who handles your enquiry

WEBOT enquiries are handled by Reps Bangkok Co., Ltd. Contact: info@repsbangkok.com.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email, business, website, message and selected services. Do not send passwords, payment details or customer records.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, prepare a proposal, arrange discussions and keep a record of the enquiry.

Delivery and storage

FormSubmit delivers your enquiry to Reps Bangkok’s mailbox. Details are not transmitted while you type; delivery starts when you press Send.

For requests to review, correct or remove enquiry information, contact info@repsbangkok.com.

Switching the enquiry language

When you switch language on the enquiry page, your entries and service selections are carried once within the same tab. Only a draft less than 15 minutes old is used; the temporary record is removed when read. This action does not send the entries externally. Consent is not carried over.

WEBOT WEB/LP

If you choose to discuss a WEBOT WEB/LP sample, answers are stored temporarily in this tab. Only answers less than 30 minutes old can prefill an enquiry; expired records are removed when read. They are removed when the tab is closed or submission succeeds. Samples use the current page language; selected languages form part of your production brief.

Photos and logos you select are converted for preview and kept only in your browser while this screen is open. Image data and file names are not saved to the server or attached to an enquiry. Closing or reloading the page clears them. Menus are fictional samples; visible item names and prices carry into the enquiry.

Choosing AI creation sends your page brief and answers from the WEBOT server through Vercel AI Gateway to Inception's Mercury 3 AI model. The image data and file names of selected photos and logos are not sent. AI copy, layouts and designs are draft proposals. Check details and prices before use. This action does not submit any booking, purchase, application or enquiry.

To avoid repeatedly generating the same request, WEBOT temporarily keeps results in server memory. A result may be reused for five minutes, with up to 12 results per running server instance. Input text is not recorded in the WEBOT server's normal logs.

These storage and logging details describe WEBOT's processing. They do not guarantee that Vercel or Inception retains no information. Please see each company's official information below about its data handling.
